Used tyres are one of the biggest waste problems in Europe. Instead of sending them to landfill, we turn them into noise barriers that protect residential areas from traffic noise. A solution with the lowest carbon footprint in the industry — it makes sense for the people who live by the road, and for the environment.
We are the exclusive representative of HATKO for Slovakia. HATKO noise panels are made from recycled rubber from used tyres — one truck tyre makes 1 m² of barrier.
The panels absorb and dampen traffic noise while having the lowest carbon footprint in the industry — only 2.7 kg CO² per m². They are made from rubber recovered from end-of-life tyres, contributing to the circular economy. They are resistant to fire, abrasion and weather, maintenance-free and easy to install.
Thanks to their double-sided design, the panels adapt to any environment. They are reinforced with a rigid supporting structure for greater stability. They are available in several sizes and with custom design options — inlaid logo, decorative artificial grass and alternative colours.
The panels comply with the international standards EN 1793, EN 1794 and EN 16272, and are supported by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and TÜV certification. They are also available in a hybrid version with acrylic and solar panels. A 10-year warranty applies to all models. The manufacturer guarantees a 40-year barrier service life.
